The Challenge

Edifix is an architecture and design firm with no centralized CRM. Project data was scattered across local files, hard drives, and individual emails. On top of that, producing photorealistic 3D visuals for client presentations required manual rendering from hand-drawn sketches, a time-consuming bottleneck that slowed down every sales cycle.

My Approach

I tackled the two problems in sequence. First, I set up a full CRM in Notion to centralize all project data, client history, and technical specs into one searchable workspace. Then I designed and built a fully automated pipeline that takes hand-drawn sketches (croquis) and generates photorealistic 3D images using AI, eliminating the manual rendering step entirely.
