The Short Version
I spent 5 years at UBS managing IT transformations, learning how to navigate complexity, prioritize what matters, and deliver under constraints. Then I joined Podder as CPO to build a SaaS product from scratch.
Now I combine that product thinking and technical execution to help businesses build the custom tools they need. No spec needed. I ask the right questions, frame the problem, and ship the solution.
Based in Europe, I work remotely with clients in the US and globally. Daily overlap for real-time collaboration is standard.

2016 - 2021
IT Project Manager at UBS
Managed complex technology transformations at one of the world's largest banks. Learned how to navigate bureaucracy, prioritize ruthlessly, and deliver under pressure. This is where I developed the product mindset: understanding that technology exists to solve business problems, not the other way around.
2021 - Present
CPO at Podder
Joined as the founding product leader for a B2B SaaS platform. Built the product from scratch: from user research to architecture to shipping features. This role taught me how to balance speed with quality, and how to make technical decisions that serve the business.

Freelance Product Builder
Started helping businesses that needed custom tools but didn't have technical teams. From MVPs to AI agents to automation pipelines. I bring the same rigor from banking and SaaS to every project, regardless of size.
